PSP Credit Checklist
1. Pay local (DCAEOP) dues 3 consecutive years
2. Pay state (NCAEOP) dues 3 consecutive years (up until 2011)
3. Be an active member of local (DCAEOP)
Reference pg. 7 of the handbook - BY-LAWS OF THE DCAEOP:
Active Membership shall be limited to persons who are presently employed as office personnel in the Davidson County System and have paid dues to the local association. They must attend 50% or (3) three of the scheduled meetings per year to receive PSP credit for membership. Active participation is required on committees from those who volunteer.
a. Attend 3 meetings per year
b. Be an active participant on 2 committees (1 regular & 1 planning) per year
These items must be completed in 3 CONSECUTIVE years
or they will not count towards your application for PSP credit.
